    We will meet on Sunday, November 17, 2024 from 9:00am to 10:15am in Annex B. We will discuss Chapters 8 and 9 of “Hope for Cynics – The Surprising Science of Human Goodness,” by Jamil Zaki, focusing on Chapter 8, “The Fault in our Fault Lines” and Chapter 9, “Building the  World We Want.”  

  • Day After Election Gathering–November 6, 4 – 6pm

    Let’s be together as we react to and begin to heal from the election results. On Wednesday, Nov 6th, we’ll have an in-person gathering in the Sanctuary from 4-6pm. We can be together and share our feelings, with a prayer, meditation and music time from 5:15-6pm.

    If you are feeling alone, angry, lost, confused, hopeless or any other emotions, let us be together.

    We’re well overdue to take a break from reality and revel in the world of Sci-Fi fantasy while raising money in support of our UUCP family and its future. Come be a part of our Futuristic Fundraiser: Sci-Fi Edition this Saturday, Nov. 9th, at the UUCP sanctuary. Doors open at 5pm. This is an optional “dress-up” event. Have fun with it! There will be free “hand held” food, drinks and dessert. Wine and Beer will also be available for a small cost.

    Christmas Caroling to our Elders

    UUCP’s Christmas caroling caravan is back! If you enjoy singing Christmas carols and spreading cheer, please join us. 

    We’ll meet at UUCP at 12:30pm, sing a few carols together, and then break up into groups and spend a relaxed afternoon visiting and singing to UUCP elders who are rarely able to attend services in person. You can also arrange to meet us along our way.
