Continuing Welcome Center Donations / AZ Legislature Opens Jan 10
Thanks to all the folks who brought winter clothes to UUCP last Sunday. We collected 10 big bags of winter clothes, plus 3 bags of other items. We took all of it to the Welcome Center on Monday morning, and within two hours, it was almost all given to grateful asylum-seekers heading for cold climates.
