Property Team
The Property Team is responsible for the care, maintenance, and improvement of UUCP’s physical campus. This includes managing repairs, coordinating with contractors, supporting construction and renovation projects, ensuring safety and accessibility, and helping create a welcoming environment for members, friends, staff, guests, and tenants. The team works closely with staff and volunteers to keep the facilities functional, safe, and aligned with UUCP’s mission.
