The information given in the Ballot Guide you receive in the mail is often incomplete or misleading. In general, your Civic Engagement team agrees with most of these recommendations with the exception of the suggested vote on the Open Primaries Proposition 140. For specifics on what passing Prop 140 would mean, please read this article.
