Election administrators are making decisions about how many polling locations to open based on their current poll worker recruitment—so it’s important to boost their application numbers as early as possible this year.
In-person voting is critical for communities without reliable access to mail service, voters with disabilities, those who need language assistance, or for voters who simply want to cast their ballot in-person.
You can learn more about the requirements to become a poll worker and submit your application to be a Maricopa County poll worker on the Power the Polls website.
